How long does it take to place an order and to receive the product?

The product is delivered within 2-6 days according to the destination.
*It might be longer on thanks giving and holiday season. 

What are your shipping charges?

1) Standard delivery -  5.49 Euro ~ (Free shipping over $100)

2) Expedite delivery -   6.29 Euro ~

We use Amazon deliverly service, so the shipping fee depends on Amazon shipping rate.

 

Which is the shipping company?

The orders are delivered by DHL Express courier. Rarely, according to the situation we might use local Express Mail Service per post office. In any case we will inform you about courier in charge.

 

Do you offer international shipping?

No, The shipping area covers United States.

  

How can I track my order?

In the shipping confirmation email, the Tracking Number is indicated. It is a code that allows you to track the shipment in real time on the courier's website.

 

What happens if at the moment of delivery I am absent?

If you are not present at the time of delivery, the courier will make an additional delivery attempt. If even the second attempt is unsuccessful, DHL will leave a notice with its contact details and your order will be deposited at a collection point.

By contacting DHL, you will be able to collect your order at the relevant office that will be indicated to you. If you are unable to pick up the order from the collection point, the package will return to our warehouse after a few days. 
If you do not contact us as well, we will process the cancellation of your order.
