  • Since the leather is completely natural it might present signs such as scars and wrinkles. These signs shouldn’t be considered as an imperfection but as a unique and individual characteristic of your leather goods. Also, there may be individual differences in the pattern, position and size of the leather.

Warranty registration

If you would like to receive after-sales repair service, please read the warranty policy and register for the warranty within 15 days from the date of purchase of your article.

  • Leather edge paint repair
  • Stitch fraying
  •  Replacement of polycarbonate case (hard smartphone holder)

* We will inform you whether the product can be replaced or repaired. Please note that depending on the condition of the product and on its use some repairs may be free or not.

* Items purchased at stores other than the official dealers are not covered by the warranty. (Example: AMAZON Outlet, auctions sites, second-hand sites, etc.)

About returned goods and replacements

  • Returns and replacements of products are limited to initial defective products in principle.

  •  For purchases via the Internet, please contact us within 7 days after the goods arrive.

  •  Please arrange return of the product within 30 days of purchase.

* Please be informed that we cannot accept returns or replacements of products that are in a different state from the time of delivery after 30 days or more.

* Due to the characteristics of natural leather products, there are individual differences in the position and size of the original scars, wrinkles and grain. Please note that we cannot accept returns or exchanges for this reason.
