Return and Exchange Policy

- As a general rule, product returns and exchanges are limited to the initial defective product.
- If you purchased the product online, please contact us within 30 days of receiving the product.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for products that are more than 30 days after purchase or that are in a different condition from the time of delivery. Please be aware of this.

Due to the nature of natural leather products, there may be individual differences in the position and size of scratches, scars, wrinkles, and patterns. Please note that we do not accept returns or exchanges for this reason.

Return shipping costs depend on the reason for the return:
Customer-initiated returns (e.g. change of mind or preference):

The customer is responsible for the return shipping cost. BONAVENTURA will not provide a return label. Our Customer Service team will provide the return address so that the item can be shipped back at the customer’s expense.
Company-related returns (e.g. defective, damaged, or incorrect item):

BONAVENTURA will provide a return label and cover the return shipping cost.
